2. Relationship to Service Contracts

These website terms govern digital communications only. All physical carpentry, construction, and remodeling work performed by Meat and Potatoes Carpentry is governed by a separate, written Client Agreement or Estimate signed prior to the commencement of work. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Pricing and estimates provided online, via email, or SMS are preliminary and non-binding until an on-site inspection occurs and a contract is executed. Meat and Potatoes Carpentry reserves the right to adjust pricing based on materials, scope changes, or structural conditions discovered during the project.

4. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you give explicit agreement to receive text messages about quotes, project updates, and appointment scheduling.

5. Online Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through third-party processors such as Jobber Payments. Payment information is shared per our Privacy Policy. Deposits are non-refundable per your Client Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, features, functionality, project photos, and portfolio images are the property of Meat and Potatoes Carpentry and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meat and Potatoes Carpentry, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
